President Masisi handled that masterfully. Obviously his facts and anecdotes are spot on, but I really appreciate that he asked that the heckler be allowed to stay and hear his response. These extremists will always try to shout down opinions they disagree with and silence reasoned arguments because their own positions area usually not based on facts or logic. By doing the opposite, inviting them to participate in a discussion, it identifies Masisi as a reasonable person presenting a reasoned argument and highlights the heckler as an unreasonable person with a shallow argument.
The sad thing is that what this heckler is really doing is virtue signaling. She fully understands that yelling at a speaker doesnt actually achieve anything. She does this so she can go brag to her friends about how she stood against power and spoke 'truth.' This sort of virtue signaling is very popular these days, but I think it's pretty shallow and transparent. The weak and ineffective pretending to be crusaders so they can earn their Facebook likes and Twitter retweets. Sad when likes and retweets are the only way someone can validate themselves.
