African Big Game Vital Diameters

ActionBob, that is LITERALLY the BEST analogy I've ever heard about the timeless money tree bit. Also, I find it incredibly interesting you described it as such. The last two weeks I've been wearing my worn-in old Drill Sergeant hat. One of the trainees I was working with is a successful entrepreneur from Laredo, TX. While chatting with him about how he managed to get the size of annual income he does, I was describing my current plan. My way has kept us slightly above the water line for a few years. His advice was something I'd considered several years ago....rental real estate. He has a few of those in his "money tree orchard," and says it isn't as difficult as one might expect. There are several ways to get tennants, etc. I'll spare the extra blah, blah, blah here, but suffice it to say I'm once again considering that previous idea. My future money tree may well look very similar to some single family homes...

Sounds great... I have been working on small grove out back for over 40 years myself.

A major rule I have is "the Nike rule".

But then when something gets too expensive or when someone wants to sell me some "bill of goods", the old "Reagan erra anti-drug campaign slogan" rule kicks in.

Find good mentors. It takes the right combination of "work hard" "work smart" and take calculated risk within your comfort zone.

I wish you all the best!

Sorry for going way off subject... we should have done this on a new thread.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
