Stunning 375 H&H rifle in absolutely fantastic shape. Built on the Montana Rifle Company receiver. $4000 OBO. Always willing to entertain trades. My styles are pretty wood and/or double rifles.

Such a great price for a gorgeous rifle. I don't need it buy I am tempted to make an offer, probably won't make it to Africa again, but you never know.

Go on, @sierraone, i can't think of anyone who deserves this masterpiece more than your good self. Maybe mount a quality 1-6 scope on it, and go hunt anything that takes your fancy.

I have a weed burner made by Don's (Garlits) Machine Shop in Tampa FL in the mid 60s! ;) lol I've never heard of AAAA. Can you provide some wisdom on this?? You're lucky, as i was in the process of ordering a highly custom .470 Capstick from them, when the bottom fell out (and I luckily didn't send them a cent.)

It’s a reference to the quality of the wood. Standard, A, AA, AAA, etc. AAAAAA is the best of the best.

Very nice looking rifle...was this gun made in Idaho by Evolution USA? I believe their proprietary actions were made by “Montana”. I also have a custom .375 H&H made in Idaho - by Evolution USA and have been pleased with it.

The original owner built the stock himself, not sure about the barreled action. He did live in Idaho once upon a time.

Beautiful rifle. Does it have an original model 70 type trigger and are the sight bases and barrel band soldered on?

It has a good trigger. Nice clean with no creep.
