So I looked into degrees and all that for Game Ranch managment, and Nelson Mandella college provides thoose. But what I'm curious about is do that many people who run Game Ranches bother to get these diplomas or just learn from experince?

A lot Farmers in Namibia send their children to University at Neudamm Campus and Farm (http://www.unam.edu.na/neudamm-campus) to study. Nothing in my opinion really beats hands on field experience.

Here is a great read for you... or any hunter passionate about Africa for that matter. Not an inexpensive book but well worth it!

Game Ranch Management by J du P Bothma and JG du Toit (Fifth Edition)

The growth of the wildlife industry in South Africa can be measured by the growth in the number of wildlife ranches. In 1965 there were only four wildlife-fenced properties in the former north-western Transvaal. By 2005, 40 years later, there were more than 10 000 properties with wildlife exemption permits in the nine provinces combined. As the wildlife industry continues to expand, so does the need for knowledge upon which it must be based. Game ranch management 5 is a comprehensive guide to establishing and maintaining a healthy and profitable wildlife enterprise. It is updated to include the vast volume of new information available, to the benefit of those who work in wildlife conservation as well as those who are merely interested in it.

Hardcover: 979 pages

Thank's a lot for the advice I appericate it greatly. I will say I am intrested in eventually maybe purchasing land down in south Africa and starting a Game Ranch, so thanks for pointing me in this direction.

One other thing I would like to mention about Investing in a game farm is, I would probably be living there full time, not just hiring a staff and managing from the United States. I am younger so the physical part of it isn't an issue, but I would more than likely be flying contract's then have the farm as a home/second source of income that I would work on whenever I am not flying. So for me this was just a thought because I figured either way I more than likely will be living in South Africa so why not a farm, which has been a long time dream. But the feedback is great because obviously you would know more, and it's a lot of information to consider.
P.S I am terribly sorry that you, and your countrymen are having to deal with Jacob Zuma it's a real shame.

FYI, they have released the 6th edition. Found it on eBay for $160 USD

Of course there are good degrees in wildlife management in the US. Texas Tech (my alma matter) and Texas A&M come to mind.
