9.3x64 Brenneke

It is a shame, Bertram Brass have the 9.3X64B brass in stock but apparently it is not being exported.
Don't know if you coould get together and get some sent over.

As for the DR caliber 9,3x64 from Johann Fanzoj, nobody wants to buy it?

I am having to really restrain myself from doing it, but unfortunately, I have no need for it. The rifle would be stored in my gun-safe along with some others.

I recently harvested a nice Wyoming cow elk with my 9.3x64 using 250gr TTSX at 2800fps and plan to use it on a Texas Nilgai early next year.

It is a nice rifle, clean but with some rust pitting, which might indicate it is not in very good shape. There are also cracks between the wood of the stock and the action. This all perhaps explains the relatively low price for such a rifle. Let us wait and see if there is any interest, because sometimes the price of such rifles can be discussed.

What also makes this double rifle interesting, except it is caliber 9,3x64 Brenneke, which is rare for a double rifle, is the slightly modified Kersten-Verschluß, also known as a Doppel-Greener-Verschluß / Double-Greener action. By the way, Johann Fanzoj is a great name in Ferlach/Austria.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
