500 Weatherby

Does anyone know anything about the 500 Weatherby? I assume it is just a 460 Weatherby necked up to .510 caliber, just like the 500 A-Square and 510 Wells. I couldn’t find anything online about it. Thanks.

I had one back in the 90s..just a 460 necked up like you said...Great ballistics ...but a 505 or 500 Jeffery does the same alot easier

If you are going for 500, you might as well ho tut o 550 magnum based on 460 wby brass necked up.
Here is the picture of 550 magnum cartridge with 700gr Alaskan bonded bullet.
