Yes, I have seen it on the ground......Unfortunately, it was killed by a lion about a week before I was due to arrive in South Africa last year. My plan was to hunt the sable before I went to hunt in another part of South Africa for the other species I was originally scheduled to hunt. Both horns ended up being over 50". I was very disappointed and cursed that lion for several weeks. I think Jaques had a shoulder mount made and it is in his home office.

Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.
On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.
