New unfired Hornady Brass, Federal 215 primers on all cartridges.

The standard WARNING: These loads seemed fine in my rifles.
Only the 375 Ruger load is specifically listed in a manufacture's reloading data This is the maximum load currently listed on Barnes' website for the 270 grain LRX bullet.

The 458 Lott, Hammer Bullets 404 grain Shock Hammer bullet load is based off the Swift Number 2 Reloading Manual referencing the 400 grain A-Frame. Swift's maximum load was 77 grains.

The 416 Ruger 350 TSX load is based on long ago communications with someone that Barnes put me in touch with. A great guy that wrote for European sporting magazines and did lots of work with the 416 Ruger. This load is 1.5 grains under his maximum. A rather moderate load that has been Very accurate in at least three 416 Rugers.
The 416 Ruger 350 grain TTSX load was based off the Speer Number 15 Reloading Manual referencing the 350 Speer bullet. This is several grains under their maximum.

That's good stuff! That R10 really moves those 404 grain Hammer bullets

FYI :
The 458 Lott, RL-10x load of 79 gr has been tested OVER-Pressure with the 404 grain Hammer Shock Hammer. This load is running about 69,000 psi.
75.5 grain will be tested. More to follow on it.
If we have to go lower we shall.

These RL-10x loads are OVER-Pressure with the 404gr Hammer bullets. Thus far 75.5 grains has been tested and OVER-Pressure. It looks like, Maybe 73.5 grain Might possibly work out to be acceptable. But, That Is Unproven.
It looks at this point. RL-10x is Not a good choice for the 458 Lott and this bullet. It appears at this time, this bullet with this powder will have to be loaded more inline with the 450 grain Swift A-Frame to meet psi requirements with this powder.

Perhaps, the AA 2230 and AA 2460 will be much better choices. The AA 2460 has done very well as to psi and velocities with the 380 grain Lehigh Copper Flat Point Solid and the North Fork 350 grain Expanding Cup Point Solid.

Did you post those Hammer loads on the hammer time forum for those okes?

Negative, I have not posted any loads on the Hammer site. The RL 10X tested out over psi. I scratched RL 10X for my use. The psi and velocity was not working. Even though there were no classic signs of high psi with the rifle or brass.

I am currently using AA2230 with the 404 grain Shock Hammer for a bit over 2600 fps. This tested comfortably below the SAAMI MAP in one rifle, and my rifle seems to match its velocity very closely.

As soon as I catch up on non-fun projects, I have several loads in the 458 Winchester to chronograph.

404 grain Hammer, 350 grain North Fork Expanding CPS, CEB 325 grain BBW #13 Safari Solid, and the 380 grain Lehigh copper flat point. All are loaded, I am just waiting on the available time.

I also have more loads for the 416 Ruger awaiting the chronograph.
CEB 350 grain Safari Solid, 325 grain Hammer Shock Hammer, 325 grain CEB Maximus, and additional 350 grain TTSX & TSX.
