Need woodleighs load data for 400gr and 450gr softs and solids. If you have their manual covering 404jeffery I would appreciate posting a photo. Thanks

Just ordered 100 Woodleigh 450 grain 404J bullets for my Rigby. I will be using RL15.5. Notice the H4831SC which will provide so much more recoil for less FPS than the 15.5. Powder matters!!!!!
I don't have any load data for RL 15.5. Would appreciate info you have

I've never used either of those. I've been using 2000MR but will probably switch to Varget, maybe H4350 since I have plenty of that as well. I'm only trying to get 2250 out of 400 gr. Thinking about buying some NF 430s for next year's trip, will be happy at 2150 or 2175 with those.

Also have RL15 and RL17, those are options too

I would say your shed is to far away from the house :)
I’m building a house 70yards from the shed, currently living in a two room cottage, shed is my workshop, I can park my truck in the open front section and still have enough room for three more trucks and my tractor, the 60x40 foot enclosed rooms contain my machinery and household goods. The new house will have my reloading room and vault :)

Ha. I walk across to my shed (230 yards) to get my manual, walk back and see two other kind souls have already helped. And it’s 4.5* C at the moment…at least the fog has lifted and the sun is trying to shine. :ROFLMAO:
And we need pictures…

After all that effort I would've just posted it anyway! :ROFLMAO:

@Rare Breed @BruceS
been comparing staball6.5 and RL15.5 for various cartridges via QL (have powders but not loaded yet as CO has burn ban) and they are nearly the same for vel., %load, PSI. with the RL15.5 a hair less dense (have not yet measured). I prefer the 6.5 as can extrapolate data with published PSIs.
And sorry for the large photo, was not paying attention:(

@Maskell Shotgun academy
that seems to be a hot load, or you have a very fast barrel!
when i go thru my QL fitting routine (fit Hodgdon starting Varget load for 416 rem), and then into the jeffery (similar load density and PSI), in a 24" barrel, puts that at max PSI and 2281fps, so you are right to back off a bit.

I'll take the Vortex scope cover you have listed in the Pay it Forward thread.
