That bullet was developed for the long range 375’s like 375 Cheytac. By the time you got an A-tip seated for a 375 Ruger you won’t have room for the powder to drive it I would surmise.
Hornady calls it a match bullet for a reason. It's not bonded so it isn't built well for what most of us want for dangerous game. As mentioned, the only way to make it work in a standard magazine is to seat it deep and now you lose powder capacity. Then Hornady recommends a 1:8 to 1:11" twist and looking up my Ruger M77 African, it is a 1:12". So, if you want it to work you'll need a custom rifle and even then, why when 300 grain bonded or monometal bullets will work better.
