Not sure what the regulations to get it to Iceland however Lilja barrels in Montana are top rate. they don't build rifles, just barrels for other gunsmiths to install, which is what it sounds like you want.

If you really have your heart set in a Wesley Richards you won’t like my suggestion but I’m just finishing up a savage 110 conversion to a 338-06. It’s a Ballistic twin to the Wesley Richards but there is a much larger selection of bullets available to reload and brass is a piece of cake. Would be easier and cheaper to get to the point where you can pull the trigger.

You can get what you want at Safari Outdoor . I have ordered an 11.2 × 72 mm Schuler rifle barrel from them myself which l am expecting to get in 5 months
I will be building mine on a ZKK- 602 action .
