3 Weeks til Mozambique and Mr. Buffalo!

First I'm off to the Gaza Provence of Mozambique for a 9 Day Safari.
- Buffalo, Eland, Pigs & others.
Then down to the Southeastern Cape of South Africa for a week to chase some of the Tiny Ten, Plains Game and Caracal.

I couldn't be more excited for this Safari!

What a line-up — Gaza buffalo and then the Tiny Ten in the Eastern Cape is a proper spread of everything Africa does well, from the heavy stuff to the little jewels that test your glassing more than your nerve. Enjoy every hour of the buffalo especially; there's nothing quite like closing the last thirty yards on an old bull who knows you're there. Safe travels, steady on the sticks, and we'll all be waiting on those September pictures.

For sure.
I'll share now that I hunted this concession in 2024 and can tell you that over 14 days I saw several hundred elephants with bulls up to around 70 lbs. $$$$ to hunt them there. Very few permits issued each year.
