2 Leupold scopes to trade for Zeiss Diavari 3-9x36

I have these scopes I would like to work out a trade deal on a Zeiss Diavari 3-9x36 for. Both are in excellent condition and come with the Leupold neoprene covers and extended sunshades.
Vari-X III 3.5-10x40, matte, very light ring marks only, everything else is excellent.
Vari-X III 4.5-14x40 AO, matte, very light ring marks only, everything else is excellent.
