Great people to deal with!

I personally used a 41 magnum with a heavy lead bullet. I’ve seen them taken with .243, 7-08, 44 mag, 308 and 30-06. All the rifle calibers were loaded with Nosler partitions. No excessive damage to the hide.

Depending on which one the hunter can shoot well. Personally the 458 anytime.

I personally don’t use slings or scope covers on any dangerous game rifles. Only time I ever use a sling is back country mountain hunt.

Rifle permits is hassle free and worth every penny.

It will work fine. Nosler, Swift, Barns will all do what you need.

I have them on a 375 & 458 Never had an issue on either. I’m guessing over 500 rounds or more on each rifle.

I’ve been an outfitter in Wyoming and Texas the past 20+ years. Before that I’ve guided a few places in the US, worked in an Industrial plant, repossessed cars, sales in a gun shop. This is a great thread.

Lol I think I was making $3.10 or $3.35 an hour, then working side jobs to pay for the trip. It changed my life and made who I am today.

Yes it was a package deal, my dad took the same package and paid the same. Airfare was $1400 if I remember correctly.
