I could not find the article. But there has been an arrest in Rajasthan in April of four people who poached Chinkara . I heard an unconfirmed news of killing of 24 wild boars using poison . I could not pursue the credibility of the information due to the lockdown.

Crude country made bombs are used in villages to hunt wild boar .A few weeks back a child was killed while playing with such bomb which he mistook for vegetable.

I think it was Eley Alphamax LG cartridges..It was an IOF shotgun ..My father told me..My grandfather bought down very big wild boar with his gun..A nice Sambhar stag.. Its trophy was hung in our ancestral home..But it went missing a few years back..
