Living 60 miles from manhattan and working there everyday, there are plenty of people who would love to smoke that bad boy in a second. They actually make it down to the city more often than mentioned via the railroad tracks. I work on the rails and see them dead every now and then. Best thing...
I liked the ad, it was clear that the original poster didn’t want to deal with people who weren’t versed in the rifle/cartridge combo, or who had no real intent to purchase, Whether they read this post in their smoking jacket or their double wide trailer. I wish people would communicate on the...
My experience with the 6.5 swede. Incredibly accurate, tons of bullets to choose from for the handloader. Factory ammo in the is anemic and clocks around 2500 fps with 140 grainers. This weight bullet is what i would think you would want for plains game. Hornady loads um up a little faster...

1965 in nice shape, shoots just about anything well. I have been using a handoad with 235 tsx’s at 3000fps + and it is scary accurate and takes down feral hogs very very well. Leopold vx hog scope 1.5-4 included ( not pictured). $ 1000 shipped
The 375 h&h is proving to be my new all arounder. With todays bullets and powders it does just about everything i need, that and my 223 and i’m good , although I love all of the cartridges in between that i own.
Just got a smokin deal on 100 270 btsp speer’s . They seem to have a good bc and have acted like gamekings in most other cartridges i load for, hoping this will be my longer range h&h load. I would like the ability to take larger game to 500+ yards if the opportunity presented itself. Our 1000...
Rebarreling 760/7600 is from whAt i have read and been told by local gunsmiths to be a chore. This being chalked up the rifles use of a barrel extension and headspacing issues requiring different bolt heads which are becoming more expensive and less frequently acquired. There is a gentleman in...
Me as well but this was a sporterized rifle that i was lead to believe was a 7mm, me thinking it was coming from an actual gunsmith i beleived him for the most part without checking the bore. Guess i was so excited i didnt give it a great lookover . Lesson learnedly
