PPU should use a Lovex powder also obtainable as canister powder or so close, it doesnt matter. Lovex was the manufacturer of Accurate for a long time some yrs ago. So if you could not get your hands on Lovex, buy Accurate! There is a comparison chart.

For 140s you really should get N560, MRP or 4831 Powder. Use a FED 215 Primer and let it sing between 47.5grs and a bit north of 50, if you know how to watch for pressure. My goto Load with 140 Interlock is 49.5grs N560 (not the top…) and 140 SST with 50grs of MRP

there is no need for long barrels if you dont want to shoot the moon. shorter handles way better - especially with added suppressors. if you cut it shorter, you can go with a thicker barrel at same weight. short and thick is stable - better groups or less tricky with different loads.

you can calculate loss in GRT - the amount of loss matches to single digit numbers my measurements. unburnt powder very seldom leaves the barrel, cause powder burns near the chamber. so even if you dont have 100% of burn, powder stays in barrel and burns there until its gone. i dont care about...

I can recommend the Swift Scirocco 150grs for the 7mm Mag. Have personal experience with that combo and would definitely recommend this as top-combination. Shoots fast and flat and takes down game of different sizes with authority.
