I don't want to get into some giant debate. I did see somewhere that the outfitter dropped the client off with a radio and an animal chart. When the client shot, he or she called the PH and tracker to find the animal.

I think I saw somewhere (youtube) where there was an outfit that a bowhunter could go to Africa, sit in a blind and hunt without a PH present. Can anyone remember who it is or am I off my rocker??

It is a stud. I had a chance to take him, but had to pass because of my bank account. :) We hunted with them the third week of June.

My PH was Brent. I bowhunted and took Kudu, warthog, impala, and wildebeest. I took a springbok with a gun. My wife got a gemsbok, impala and warthog.

We hunted with Numzaan last June. Epic hunt. Great people, great food, it was awesome!!

I just joined today! Myself, my wife and friends are headed to SA in June to hunt plains game with Numzaan. I met Johann at the SCI convention in Anchorage and I think we are going to have a blast. I plan to bowhunt.
