Because of the lion hunting done in south africa, many are advertised as kalahari lions, or claimed to be from there.

Anyone has pictures of trophy lions of Botswana? A friend of mine was telling me that nowadays no Kalahari lions are really wild but I mentioned to him that the lion hunting in Botswana was very good, and the kalahari produced fine trophies, but I don´t seem to find any picture of them, either...

Just came from the eastern cape, where I hunted an impala, a great steenbok and a mountain reedbuck, with Karoo Wild Safaris.

So how can you tell if a shotgun action can handle a rifle caliber? Is there any information on the technical data of the manufacturer of the gun that can give a clue on that?
