Grady, my advise would be to bring the 375 and the 308. Those two calipers should suffice for any plains game you may encounter. That way your daughters will be accustomed to shooting the 308.

Here is some ideas of what can be done with unused leather from your hunt. The following are example of work done in Grahamstown. Perhaps you guys in the states can get a leathersmith to do something similar. All the hides are veg tanned. It a great way of making your hunt in Africa last forever!
