No many roads around Omay North.... We did not waste any piece of meat from that buffalo, which belongs to locals, so we carry with the whole buffalo in pieces. We left not even one bone behind. Looking forward to live another adventure in Zimbabwe.

This is one of my favorite pictures. I took the picture during my safari in the Omay North (Zimbabwe). This was the first buffalo of this safari organized with Martin Pieters. The PH of this safari was Shaun Buffee. I am still dreaming with this Safari.

I do not think is a problem of caliber... it is just a problem of self confidence.... The 375HH is an outstanding rifle... however since then I prefer facing one of this buffalo with something bigger. I the coming month I will have my new 470NE ready to fight!

This is such a grat gun. I belive you are going toi enjoy it a lot in Africa. I heard the Norma PH with woodleight bullets both soft and solids are the best option for the 404 jeffery.

It can happen perfectly... but thos beast can be dangerous. I guess it is all about confidence. I rather using the bigest caliber I can use propertly. The beauty of this is we have a lot to chose from. I order a 470NE, I will have it ready in a few month. I hope I can use next seasson.
