Information I have is there is a pride parade there this weekend. Fairly easy to avoid a large gathering like that. And a one time event . It's a shame because I really like Sandton for layovers. Much safer than Johannesburg proper.

And make sure you have the certificate that says it has been prepped properly. Probably won't get asked to see it but it will save time if Agriculture in the US asks for it.

They had seen it a few nights before I got there and then found some spoor in the days after. They left it alone until I arrived as I had said I wanted one. Then they called in the hound hunter and his dogs and we got lucky!

Here is another picture of the yellow. They are a blend of the white and common. Really, a beautiful antelope. I hadn't heard of the variety either until speaking with Stef and then seeing them at his farm. Made me want to add one to the collection.
