Thanks for posting a great report and sharing your pictures. I've been watching Umlilo for awhile now and have them at the top of my list for my next trip to South Africa. Why did you book hunts with two different outfitters instead of just getting all your animals with Umlilo?

This is interesting. Where would the hunters fly into? Are there any other animals available? If I went for buffalo, would my wife be able to hunt plains game for the daily rate? What would you charge for gun rental?

Tanzania would be my ultimate dream location to hunt a cape buffalo. Add a Thompson's and Grants gazelle, and it might be too much for me to take!!!!

I agree. While it's possible that some good mounts come out of Africa, I've never seen a single one, including what my outfitters have had on display. You go to places while you are there and see all sorts of bad work. Go visit your local taxidermist here in the states and see how many mounts...
