I am going to SA in few months and wanted to bring a rifle with me as a gift to my PH. Does anyone know whats required legally to be able to do this? I contacted ATF but they did not provide any usable guidelines.

The seller is looking to get $900. I know the BRNOs are great rifles but I am not sure if this is a reasonable price for it

I used a CZ 550 carbine in a 9.3x62 with Hornady 286 grain ammo. And it did the job very well :-)
