Daily rate will generally be between $1-2k, 14 days. Then the trophy fee for will generally be about $5k for buff, $10-20k for elephant.
Safari Press usually only has their latest releases for sale. Older books need to be purchased second hand from Ebay or other places.

On our most recent trip, we brought trail cameras, inflatable sleeping mats, batteries, head lamps, and random clothes, school supplies, and soccer balls (kids love these).
Also, left behind ammo, bug spray, and medicine.
I use the ammo slide with a ranger belt made by Tucker Gun Leather. Works great. I prefer the ammo slides because I can switch them out based on caliber.
