There are really no hunts have done that I would not do again. But, there are outfitters I would never use again and animals I would not hunt again just because of cost (roan and sable come to mind).

Any of the ones you mention should work great. I own a 300 WM and 300 WSM. Both calibers do the job, but the 300 WM is my go to and the one I bring on Safari.

I certainly did not mean to insinuate that you were suckered by buying an auction hunt. But if you play the auction game long enough you get burned. I truly appreciate you posting this thread and the outfitter so maybe others can learn.
