Had the Kahles scope remind me a few times
I agree with you on that.
We in Australia have restrictions on semi autos but central buy Judy about anything else.
Mind you we’ve had a few multi murders since the tough...
I’ll written that about empty cases being extracted from a Sako with a low mounted scope. No issues with smaller cases though just 375 plus.
Very impressive. Excellent in fact.
Wie very nice and the countryside is incredible - rugged but beautiful!
Perhaps I’d better book in the physio now!☹️
I believe that’s the case for me too.
I think the Damascus blades are truly great.
I must have started a trend, right Von Gruff?[emoji4]
Stocks too long for me.
I’m only a little fella.
I’ll send one if you using my 416 later on.
I’ve used a 460 weatherby w 500 grain Bullets.
Thank you - Dementia is a terrible way to go.
I’ll let him know. Thank you. I bought a Winchester in 416 Rem for those reasons. MAn at gun shop advised me about the feed issues too....
I am going g in November to the NT.
Plans changed as my mother was gravely ill and passed away on Friday.
As far as I know, yes.
Next year I think Baz is going to Zimbabwe.
I did discuss that w Baz. He didn’t have any issues - this is a custom rifle and not the usual CZ.
And on the other wall there’s a Spitfire coming for them.
An old German client told me his uncle flew with Gallard (one without the cap).
Baz said it shoots very good groups. Baz is off to the NT to go buff hunting in early September with the new acquisition.
Yes I commented to Baz that the stock was too long for me. It’s about right for Baz.
I think it’s heavier than I am. Good thing for taming the recoil.
Good point. Fulfils my theory of Relatively[emoji56]
Nothing like 400 grains fired from the 416.
Look at Woodleigh range of hydros or spritzers.
When an angry buffalo wishes to discuss matters, the...
Wow that’s incredible.
What a trophy !! Very, very impressive.
Suggest a minimum of 338[emoji4]
Went to gun shop yesterday (my favorite place)

My favorite is my Sako s/s in 270
Topped w a Swarovski 3.5-10
7 mm Remington magnum using 160 grain Bullets or thereabouts.
Long range and flat shooting.
I feel Remington is very good but I just wonder whether they are a bit soft relatively speaking ???
Maybe contact Sako direct in Finland
I suggest Winchester - control feed + price + reliability
Talking w someone from AH whose friend had Sako and every case extracted had dents.
Maybe you should try Woodleigh solids or hydros.
I hate muzzle blast. I have it a few times - didn’t have time to block ears etc.
Shooting better with a muzzle brake -yes. But in the heat of the...
I meant stock. It doesn’t need much of a flex to open the magazine as I’ve discovered.
I suggest the stick is flexing just enough to open the catch on the magazine well.
Had that on a weatherby mark 6 in 460.
Nice one. I guess the 22 magnum is an excellent choice on how to die by an angry critter.
Yes very sad day. Steve was a genuine person.
Happy hunting. All the best - talk when you return,[emoji4]
I get the feeling that the snake was dead
No movement in tail etc
So what do you call a red head with attitude??
Normal. I ought to know!
I haven’t used a Swarovski on my 416 rem. I use Leupold because of the longer eye relief.
I’ve had a few whacks dished out from a 460...
