I knows Sifiso is not Opert's son. I deleted that post as the information I read was wrong, actually I read it wrong. I will generally check at least two sources before posting something like that. When I checked a second source I realized my error and changed it immediately.
If you read what I posted about AMS there was no ambiguity as to what he said to me. That is where the disdain for SA outfitters comes from. I am not sure what your connection is to these guys is in Zim other than they claim to hunt Bingwa.

the guy you spoke to has been in Zim once on a hunt, and doesn't even know how to get to the airport.
that is why I wanted to get your mobile num so I can call you and discuss this matter.
i have spoken with the owner of AMS, who is a good friend of mine and the man who helped me get started in this industry.

we have a lot of bad outfits in SA, Zambia got sut down cause of corruption.
it will never disappear!
I have been ready posts all night(im in the states )about registered zim outfits that shock me!
people I met when I started in Zim, people I took advice from!

but by association if I was to take a client or offer a hunt in Zim I would be slammed, tarred and labelled as in the past, I personally like the country allot, but prefer to take my clients somewhere else and have seeked buisiness opportunities elsewhere, now when I receive an offer from reputable zim outfitters I just blow it off as I am not interested in the labelling anymore...
I'll take my wife to the falls and Kariba but thats where it stops for me, luckily we have been able to find an awesome and much better solution elsewhere that I can work by myself... and ultimalty have sole control over.
Bad guys are everywhere as you correctly mention, the problem is who do you trust as you have now learnt... and when you find someone like that are they willing to work in a mutually beneficial manner with you... It's just not worth my time away from home........

Shaun Keeny is top notch. I hunted with him and his staff last month (August 2015) with great success. Shaun is the consummate professional, my PH Piet Wolmarans was excellent, and the trackers and skinners were incredible. I will definitely be hunting with Shaun and his crew again. Do yourself a favor and hunt with SKS.

I hunted with Shaun as well as Africa Maximum Safaris in both Zim and South Africa and they are both top notch companies and outfitters. Great PHs and we got some beautiful animals including the buff in my avatar.
