I'm booked with Kariat for Marco Polo / Ibex hunt, looking for another hunter to go along.

Ibex can be hunted alone, for 3,500, not necessary to book for both.

10 days of hunting - 14 days total. Leaving from Chicago the 28th of Sept Arrive Bishkek the 30th. Hit camp the 1st, Start the Hunt on the 2nd thru the 11th. English speaking person in camp and on hunt. Hunting the Ak-Say Valley area southern Kyrgyzstan near the China Border. Leave camp get into Bishkek the 12-13th hang out and sight see and wait for export papers to be completed (2 days) and over the weekend from Kry Auth to leave with trophies. Leave the morning of Oct. 17th for home. That's my schedule and flights.

Prices for this hunt going with me...

This is taken off your balance and that is paid at end of hunt at camp.

Marco Polo 17,500 US guaranteed 9,000 refund if no Marco Polo sheep it taken. This is taken off your balance and that is paid at end of hunt at camp.

$21,000 US for both on 10 days of hunting 14 days total thru the PH.

Flights out of Chicago right now are running about $1,600 round trip.

You have till the 23rd of April to get your name into the Kry Authority thru my outfitter/PH to get your U S cites permit. Don't just apply and take away a cites from someone else truly going 6 were returned to USFW last year unused and they didn't even go. That took away chances for other hunters to get theirs. The Deposit can be paid later to the outfitter, Your name must be on that list before it goes to USFW. Then May 1st send for your cites thru USFW to bring sheep back on the plane.

Ibex require no Cites.

You have hotel expense at end of the hunt waiting for export papers while we see and visit in Bishkek.

More info pm me or email and I'll send you info to call the outfitter and his email. info@artistryofwilldife.com

Good luck on your hunt Dennis.

Thanks Brick, Anyone going with me is going with me is also going to get a good price on some incredible taxidermy....LOL

Oh crap, the dates don't work for me....otherwise this would have been a great trip to go on. I would rather hunt with someone that is experienced in international hunting and knows how to get in and out of the country with the animals in hand.

This sounds like a great opportunity to get into a great hunting location.
Any information on elevation and/ or weather for this time of year?
I am in decent shape but like all of us I am not as young as I used to be and sometimes elevation gets the better of me.

Dear K-man,
Firstly thanks for interesting in our hunting tours. The camp is located at 3000 meter and you will be hunt at the height of 3500-4000 meters over level the sea and the weather in this time will not be cold, maybe rainy.
Regards,

K-man, I'm 54 working on loosing 20lbs to get to 180lb before I go. Have lived at 3,500 to 5,000 feet in the past but never 10,000 but willing to try anything...LOL
Kay assures me that I can do this...Remember horses for most of the way!

I hope you have a great hunt. Please post a report on AH when you return. I had seen that you were going. Missed that there was a invite and a deadline to tag along. I have a kyrg Ibex. Still want a good MP ram. Best of luck. Bruce

It sounds like a great deal. I have hunted mule deer with base camp at 9K ft so this might be O.K.
My issue is I am booked on a buffalo/eland hunt in the Save in september but it may not be possible this year with permits, etc. Hopefully I will know soon. I don't like to be indecisive but thought you should know my situation.
Will let you know as soon as my PH in Zim gets back with me.

Dear ibex HUNTERS!

I am still taking aplication for mid-asian ibex hunt 16-26 Aug 2013, for group of hunters can give good discount, wolf is free!
