I ordered it new and have put 40-50 round through it . It has normal small handling marks scope and sling not included but I think I still have the box 900.00 plus 50.00 shipped/insured

Let me know or show me if my price is off it was hard to find one for sale to compare it to

I follow the Ruger No. 1 market on a regular basis and own several. I think your price is certainly fair. A little on the low side perhaps. Of course the market for the large chamberings is narrower.

Well I’m a dealer and bought it about 8 years ago I finally found a left hand Remington so I am selling it at about what I as a dealer paid back then just being fair and moving it

WOW that’s a nice rifle.

WOW, what a beauty!!!! I am a fan of Ruger No.1, and I believe you are offering a great deal. Unfortunately I do not believe I could handle the recoil. :( Good luck on the sale! (y)

Your price is very fair, a 458 lott in a #1 takes a bit of recoil management but not that bad. However saying that I am very accustom to big bore recoil.

Good luck on a quick sale.

You have this same rifle don’t you Charlie?

I had the 458 Lott in blued steel. Sold to an AH member! I have a 243, 300 win mag and 375 H&H just like this!
Would love to have this one!

It's a good price Charlie. We all think you should buy it! :) :)

I think your price is a little low.
Just to relay my experience with one of these rifles. .458 Lott’s kick... period. However, I have put about a hundred full house loads with 450 gr Barnes at 2300 fps thru it along with about the same number of practice loads with 400 gr Speer’s at 2300 fps thru it. I’m still alive. It’s not something you sit down at the bench and bang out twenty rounds. Others that have shot it commented that it wasn’t as bad as they thought it would be, but most were not anxious to shoot it again.
The original black recoil pad isn’t very soft. I keep meaning to replace it but haven’t gotten around to it.
Accuracy wise... every rifle is a entity of it’s own, but mine will constantly put three shots touching at 100 yds.
If I go for buffalo again, I plan on taking this rifle.
For those wanting a true big bore for just shooting or love #1’s and want to hunt dangerous game with one, I think this would be a good purchase at a good price.

That’s it Toby buy it so I can buy it from you later on!
