Our packing doesn't start 6 months prior, we know what to bring, we know what rifle, what loads, how many cartridges. We've been to so many third world airports that there are no longer nerves. We just stand about waiting for our bags, our guns and our rides. I went to Tanzania last year. I was at one week to go. My wife casually asked at dinner one night if I was going to get ready.
I packed in about an hour.
