Welcome aboard H-Town hunter. Please tell us a little more about yourself as it relates to hunting. Things like what have you hunted in the past, what kind and caliber rifles do you own. Do you have any near term plans for hunting Africa? What species are you contemplating on hunting?

Well first and foremost I'm an avid hunter. I've hunted Africa five times with three being in Namibia with Hugo Kotze Safaris and twice with Ka Maoto Safaris in SA. I'll be returning to SA in July 2020 to hunt Buffalo and then onto Namibia hunting Red Lechwe in the Caprivi. I hunted Buffalo once in SA and it sort of got in my blood. My dilemma this trip is which caliber should I take with me (375H&H or 416 Rigby). What say you Africa Hunting Forum??
