Thanks for taking the time to find and read it. It was a fun trip, and the quality of the hunt exceeded my expectations. The bush pig, with a narrow window to his back rib (quartering sharply away), was maybe sixty-feet away, and I probably had 2.3 seconds to get it off.
Fortunately, my PH and I were pretty familiar with each other by then, and he didn't attempt to step my way with the sticks. The boar would have been long gone.
