I have been a fan of Swarovski Optics for many years. The first pair of 8x32 binoculars have been serving me well for the past 28 years!

Recently, I had some issues with my 10X EL Range binos and they had to go in for service. I sent them off and had a prompt reply from Swarovski USA that they were in the queue.

A couple of weeks went by so I checked the repair status online and they were to be returned by March 8th. I have a hunt coming up before then and rely on the rangefinder for precise, long range shooting.

I emailed Swarovski and their Customer Relations Rep Jacob Poirier promptly responded. He came back to after a couple of days, said he had communicated with the repair facility in Austria and had expedited the repair. I recevied the binoculars a week before my trip in perfect working condition.

This is type of service is what sets Swarovski apart from many companies. They continue to produce high quality optics, stand by their products forever and offer unparalleled Customer Service.

My Sincere thanks to Jacob Poirier and Swarovski Optics.

I am also a fan of Swarovski and just ordered my first rifle scope from them. I have 2 set of binos and a spotting scope.

Couldn’t agree more with you! They have a customer for life in me not only for their quality but the way they stand behind their products and take care of their customers!

Great minds think alike
I also love their scopes. I won’t be trashing the leapolds I also on but on DG my choice is old school 1.25—-4. Savo. Cheers

Couldn't agree more. They fixed my 10X30s when I stupidly dropped them on a rock and threw off their collimation. No cost.

I'm another happy customer. Dropped my bino's from a deer stand a couple of years ago and broke them in half. Sent them in for repair. They sent me a loner pair, free of charge, to use while they had mine.

I also have a safe full of Leupolds and love them all but I'm hooked on Swaro now and that's all I've purchased since I made the mistake of borrowing a gun with a one on it. The clarity is incredible.

I bought a factory refurbished Z5 scope, it just wasn't tracking right, so I called them. I sent the scope for what would have been their second repair. About a month later, they sent me a new scope. Great service.

Absolutely the finest optics company on the planet. I've heard love of S&B but the total Swarovski experience is what gives Swaro the nod.

I'd rather have $2000 swaros over $600 night vision for low light conditions. Glass matters!

It's not really free of charge. Their customer service model adds to the sales price of products and you are paying for it that way. :sneaky: I do like their products too for many reasons, one due to the fact that they strive to keep the weight down on their products. Their sister company Kahles is also worth checking out. Similar service and close to the same performance at more reasonable prices.

Blue Moon,
You ain't lying. But I guess you get what you pay for. If I'd dropped $400 on Nikon Monarchs I would now have a $400 paperweight.

And you have to buy a replacement.

Me too! Back when it was an ill advised financial decision to do so, I purchased a pair of original 10x42EL. Reasoning to my wife they may last my lifetime she got on board knowing I would eventually buy what I wanted after wasting money on something cheaper. After a couple of seasons of tree climbing, there was enough bark bits packed around the ocular when I went to unscrew them to clean the lens started to walk out. I sent them to Swaro and had them back in 10 days. They also added some loops to prevent any further damage to the anchors from the split rings on my bino system.

Those binos are still great.

I am on the Swarovski bandwagon as well. For some reason I always see double images in other brands. I can never get them lined up. When I bought some Swarovski binoculars the problem is non existent. I have one of their scopes as well, which is great, but the binos are invaluable.

Couldn't agree more, never had any issues with my leupold glass either but the Swarovski's are just so damn clear, I'm now up to 3 of their scopes and just purchased my first pair of bins from them, 10x32 el's and man are they nice!
