And maybe a Greater Kudu. And maybe some of those other giant plains animals. I've shot all the deer sized animals I care to shoot.

I think it would be more interesting to hunt something that can hunt you back. Specifically, one of those steam train locomotives with horns.

Welcome to AH! Did you have a specific country in mind?

Welcome, I have exclusive rights to Matetsi unit 5, near Victoria falls Zimbabwe.

Matetsi-Map-2-New.jpg

Matetsi Unit 5 Safari Area

The Matetsi Units are free range, fair chase hunting areas within an hours drive of the famous Victoria falls, unfenced, wild and renowned for quality dangerous game, sable and a variety of plains game.

Unit 5 is the best located unit as it is directly adjoined to the Hwange National Park by a 42 kilometer unfenced boundary with the Hwange national park, a 5000 square mile wildlife reserve home to over 60 000 elephant, countless buffalo, abundant lion and leopard and a myriad of plains game.

Matetsi Unit 5 is 390 Kilometers squared, the biggest of all the Matetsi Units.

There are 5 luxury client chalets each sleeping two persons, all with en suite bathrooms, a spacious lounge, dining room and bar area with a fire pit overlooking a vast open plain.

The camp is run by generator power and has Wi-Fi, and a swimming pool for those warmer summer days.

With natural springs and permanent water in the rivers, Unit 5 has natural drinking water all year around making the unit a hot spot to animals from the adjoining Hwange National Park.

The rolling hills and valleys in Unit 5 are a perfect area for the resident elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, sable, roan and a whole host of plains game, besides the resident populations that live in Unit 5 there are also migratory animals moving into and out of the Unit at all times of the year.

Matetsi Unit 5 is short hours drive from Victoria Falls International Airport, there is no charter flight needed to hunt the Matetsi Units.

Martin Pieters has dedicated licensed PH’s, all having years of dangerous game experience in Matetsi and various other concessions run by MPS.

email me for details on a buffalo/ plains game, martinpieterssafaris@gmail.com

I hunted with Martin Pieters Safaris for my buffalo. I had a great hunt and recommend considering them. I truly loved the wild, unfenced, tracking hunting in wild Africa. It was the best hunt I have ever been on.

Dear Phat

Kowas Hunting Safaris has a great hunting opportunity to offer the wild at heart hunter that is looking for a safari of a lifetime in an area that is in a league of it's own...
Mahango National Park

This park falls within the greater Bwabwata National Park. With its southern border Botswana and eastern boundary the Okavango River basin. The upper Okavango Delta starts from this park. The total surface area is 245 km² (390 miles2).

The huntable population in this area is home to a huge population of:

Elephant (mostly bulls)
Cape buffalo
Hippo
Crocodile
Sable
Roan
Lechwe, red
Burchell zebra
Kudu
Warthog
Giraffe
Impala, southern
Wildebeest, Blue

Non-huntable species include tsessebe, bushbuck, leopard and lion.
With over 300 species of birds – this is a birders paradise – about two thirds of the bird species found in Namibia are located here.

Mukongo Camp is currently under construction and it will be completed in March 2019. It will be a luxury camp, en suite with all the luxuries one would expect of a classic African safari.

Mukongo Camp will have:
Luxury Canvas tents
En-suite bathrooms with hot & cold running water & flush toilets
Dining facilities and fire circle
Fine kitchen with three course meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Full complement of camp staff

Hunting will commence in April 2019...

This area is the Mecca of Biggame & Plainsgame hunting in Namibia. Off the beaten track, high wildlife populations, low quotas and everlasting opportunities for a safari of a lifetime! Don't miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime...

Limited packages still available for 2019...

I like the looks of the tanzania buffalo horns...not so deep a swoop, but very wide, with kind of flat bosses.

Thanks to all who have written me a note!

Kind of overwhelming, but I will work my way through all of your information. Looks like it will take a while.

Please do not be offended if I do not respond to your message. I will be studying every bit of information you have sent me.

Thank You!

I can't help you in TZ. But if Zimbabwe or South Africa make it onto your list, would be happy to provide a quote.
