Any member know of any custom made to order reloading die manufacturers please throw their names up.
Specifically for the RWS 10.3 x 68 Mag.

Triebell have them but the price made me faint. I could buy a schittload of ammo for the die price (with freight) in Euro`s.
Surely there is a custom die man out there that doesnt want an arm and a leg to supply them.

you can buy reloading die blanks from various sources.
your chamber reamer run into one of these will make a seating die.
you need to buy another reamer to make a matching fls die.
your reamer manufacturer will make this reamer for you such that it will minimally size the case, guaranteeing firearm function but hardly working the brass.
benchrest shooters and fclass shooters are starting to do this.

i am going to have custom dies made for a 9.3x74r improved, i am going to use whidden gun works. i spoke to him and liked what i heard. they make bushing dies, which helps with neck tension on bullets, etc. anyway, i just have to get my rifle back so i can shoot it, get the cases to send to him.

they like 3 fired cases so they can make a perfect die set for your chamber.

Will add them to the list thanks.
Looking at Whiddens order online form, can any one advise as to what size i should order?

7/8
1 1/4
1 1/2

What size does your press take? Standard is 7/8.

Have you thought of asking Simplex Australia if they will make you a set of dies.
They are in the west of Sydney at Condell Park in NSW.
Years ago they use to make custom dies if you provided three or four fired cases.
They use CNC lathes to cut the internal dies shapes via a program thus not needing to manufacture a die reamer.
Don't know if they still offer this service but it may be worth asking.

Simplex responded with no they cant do it.

Lee makes custom dies I believe.

I can try Lee

Redding "cant do them" I call BS on that ffs.

At this point I'm curious what the triebell price was? Is it almost going to be the best way forward?

johm giles from pseco can make the dies, but he will need the reamers.
the sizing die reamer can then be used as a rougher when you chamber the barrel, meaning the finisher will hardly have to do any cutting.
you could then sell the reamers on usedguns.com to recoup some of the costs.
while john's work cannot be questioned, whomever fits the barrel could also ream the dies.
speak to manson re a sizing die reamer.
bruce.

he must be a bit grumpy.
there are plenty of gunsmiths who could.
