SOUTH AFRICA: BOWHUNT: Back From My Buffalo Hunt With Limcroma Safaris

Congratulations to you and the Mrs. on a great hunt! You both took spectacular trophies, and from what I can see, the Limcroma guys are still hitting it out of the park! We had the pleasure of meeting Jan Loots on our safari which I believe was Jan's first season with Limcroma. He is definately a very easy going, and engaging PH that seems to know his stuff very well. We enjoyed many conversations with him at night during dinners and around the fire. In fact, all of the PHs at Limcroma seem to step up and act as hosts for the entire outfit. They are collectively an impressive bunch.

You took some great photos there too. Thanks for sharing your report.

Thanks for sharing your fantastic safari. Congratulations on some impressive trophies. A Cape buffalo with a bow and arrow has to be the ultimate rush! Great photos too. You have some wonderful memories there. Jan is one of our favorite phs. He is a lot of fun to be in camp with.

I'm glad to see a report from Limcroma, those guys are all great. My father and I rifled hunted with them a few years ago and had a great trip. That archery buff hunt must have been extra intense. Thanks for sharing all your great trophies and experience. Africa is a special place.

In our trips there we have made some truly great friends and they have become like family....In fact when we arrived Riann, one of the PH's laughed and said we were like old furniture there! LOL
I cant thank everyone there enough...My PH Jan is the best, he has become like a brother to me over the years and we work great together. Jennings our Tracker is just a wonderful person, always smiling and working hard. Not to leave anyone out but thanks to everyone, Hannes, Riann, Drian, Maryke, Amanda, Karen, Otto, Guillaume, Henco....they are all great people and I cant wait to get back and see them again!
