As mentioned before a couple of times, Boddington filed Chapter 7-Personal. Yes, IMO it is a reflection on a man's character. Pay your damn bills.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

There are two types of bankruptcy for individuals—the discharge of debts and the payment plan. Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code is for the discharge of debts, which is the traditional bankruptcy. Under Chapter 7, you either pay for or give up your property for secured debts. You surrender any nonexempt property in order to pay off as much of your other debt as possible. You keep all of your other exempt property and are forever released from any obligation to repay the remaining dischargeable debt.

One important requirement for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is that you do not have sufficient income to allow you to pay at least a portion of your debts. Making this determination is largely a mathematical calculation, and there is a form for making the calculation. If you have enough income, you will need to file under Chapter 13 instead of under Chapter 7.

Did he have a gift card? Where they for a review? Did he receive a substantial discount? Did Donna by them for his birthday or Wedding anniversary?

As I said before, I don't know first hand about all of these allegations but I do believe the adage "When there's smoke there's fire" and if even a few of them are true then he's not the guy we all assumed that he was.
What we DO KNOW is that he DID file Bankruptcy and his investors suffered a loss. That said, many businesses do file for business reasons and Loopholes but what bothers me is that he just kept on hunting....where did he get $100,000 for a Markhor shortly before or after filing? That alone doesn't bother some people here?? I bet that it would if they were on the losing end.
Then all at the same time he's soliciting "Donations" for a personal issue...the shooting of his daughters tracker.

One guy even asks if I'm "jealous!" Jealous isn't the right word but in full disclosure, who wouldn't want to have done in life what Boddington has done? Would I essentially steal from investors to do it...absolutely NOT.

He is a writer, who has to hunt to make money. He films shows, to make money. IE that is why he hunted Markhor. What don't you understand about that?

You mean his wife Donna Grey who previously filed Chapter 7 in 1999? The same wife that filed Chapter 7 again with him in 2013? That Donna?

Investors should not invest what they cant afford to loose. There are no for sure investments. Last time I checked he is a gun writer, not a financial genius... And yes, if the courts accepted your bankruptcy you would get a pass. Thats what its for you putz. So quit your bitching.
