Just 68 days to go till my first safari. I had to make a last minute change an no longer will be hunting Cape buffalo because my son begged me to take him on the hunt. Just a reason to go back for a second safari. Plane is booked. Guesthouse is set. All I need is the days to go by. Going for thirteen days and have an extensive list to hunt. Should be a great first safari

Here is my list
Eland

Warthog

Impala

Blesbok

Springbok

Blue wildebeest

Gemsbok

Zebra

Kudu

Eland

Nyala

Bushbuck

Duiker

Steenbuck

Possible hartebeest If a great one presents itself

Good luck on your hunt and you pick a great place to take your first with. It was tough I am sure but taking your son will be better then a buff hunt. I hate even going with out my son with me. That is a nice list and will be all kinds of fun.

Fire,

Have a great time, I am taking the family with me to Limcroma in August. Save some of the animals for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I will get to read your review before I go. Looking forward to it.

I read that. Sounds like an awesome safari. Good luck. There should still be plenty of animals. But I will post a detailed report when I come back.

Awesome! (y)

It's going to be a great trip, we look forward to the report!

Have fun the time with your son will be time well spent! Looks like you will beat me to the flight by 3 days:)

I might have misspoke a bit my son will be accompanying me on my buffalo hunt in a few years. He is only four years old right now and needs a little more time before he can go

Good luck. The days will pass by much faster than you think.

That's a good sized list. I hunted Africa for the first time last fall with Limcroma, can't say enough good things about them. I only wish I had taken more animsls while I was there, budget be damned. :)

That’s gonna be a big first Safari if all goes well! Hope it’s a great one.

That is a great list of animals. You are going to have a blast! Looking forward to the hunt report ;)
In the meanwhile...
Rifle
Ammo
Sticks
Practice! :)
Sleep... maybe not so much! :D
Hmmm, I don’t see any night animals on that list...

Mr. Chuck,

We plan to do a lot of hard hunting in those 13 days, and I think we will all need a rest once you are done. ;) We look forward to hosting you and your son very soon!

Taking my son next May with Limcroma as well for his graduation trip. Already excited. Good luck can’t wait to see your pictures and stories.

My first Safari was with Limcroma and you should have a great time.
Hannes is correct about hunting hard and needing a rest afterwards.
My hunting buddy and I took 16 head of game, 13 species of birds, and a few night time varmints.
My pix taken on the last day of the 10 hunt day show happy but tired faces.
I slept much of the return flight back home.

Looking forward to the pictures and report!
