Received in the mail today my Trinity thumb notch skinner. As the photos will show, it fits my hand perfectly whether holding the blade for cutting upward, downward or thrusting. And the beauty of the swamp Kauri was not missed in my appreciation of Garry's work.

Thanks Ray. I feel that there is a lot of knives that do not take this multi hold capability into account at the design stage and for me it is one of the important aspects of knife use that aids in the accuracy of use which along with comfort will make for much safer knife work.
 
Beautiful knives, I bought the ah knife and absolutely love it!
 
As knife is held "normally".
