UNITED KINGDOM: The British 6 In 6 Days...

Did you use your own rifle(s) of rent theirs? After reading about the experiences of other AH members flying into England with firearms I think I'd be inclined to leave mine at home.

Sorry Stalker I know its a Sika , I was working on an axis today and had a brain fart...Thanks

Congrats on your hunt. The teeth on the CWD are very impressive.

Thanks for posting

First you must understand the source of the comment..... then you begin to understand that Royal is a true full class smartass...

I'd go with first class, but yes. (y)

Sorry but I think Dennis would mount his own trophies?
What do you know that I don’t know.
Tom

He uses too much paint ....... :sneaky::D

Some fine trophies there Dennis. Quite the feat. Sounds like a lot of fun. Congrats

LOL You almost matched Royal's level on this one ....... that brings smart ass to almost a NEW level...Great dig.

Shootist43 , used their guns All Blasers ! .243 , 6mm and 270 Nice guns. Not worth taking your own.
Thanks for all the comments guys, Was a wonderful hunt !

Is it really free range if they are on an island with no means to escape ?? ( I too can play the smart ass card LOL)

Congrats- glad to see you could take a break from the grind and enjoy some hunting time.

LOL never thought of it that way.....Then that would apply to Australia and New Zealand right? LOL

Congrats! Nice fangs on the water deer. That's the only species of deer I've seen over here in Korea so far.

Thanks everyone. This hunt is great, cover ground in vehicle glassing and heat imaging woodlots and on small and large private estates and glass along back country roads around the leased and avail properties. Then bail and stalk the small woodlots and heavy hedged fencerows. No sitting on this hunt, you move and move and cover a lot of ground. jump deer as you stalk and they move from woodlot to woodlot and come up with Ambush plans that can work in the sectioned woodlots open fields and cover the deer use....

Cool trophies Dennis!

England definitely circling in my mind since some years ago........it is a hunting destination for sure.......Muntjac and Chinnese Water Deer for me......two trophies that deserve a place in any wall.......

Very nice trophies Dennis......congrats on a great hunt......!!!!!!

I am going back.... ANYONE up for a group hunt for Chinese water deer and Muntjac first week on Nov 2018?

Yes we could do that end of roe season is oct 31 opening of CWD nov 1st so we could do it. Some of the group could muntjac hunt while you roe hunt till CDW opens on the first, would need 2-3 days for your roe and sika

Mmmmm.....one year to make it......with such group of AH people to go, it would be worth the effort.....will see....!!!!

Do we have an idea of the costs of the different trophies in this hunt?
Rifle use in England?
The time of the year would work for me.
