My wife and just recently got back from our first hunting safari! And let me tell you I miss it so much I just want to move there and start my own once I retire! I got 16 years and I'll be over there! Seems like a long time but not really the past 4 years have flown by! Any who here are a few pictures! I shot the sable, zebra and an impala and she shot the blue wildebeest, warthog and an impala!

Thanks all were with a bow except my zebra! They didn't cooperate with bow hunting so the last day and last hunt we broke out the rifle and made it a bit easier!

Welcome to AH Sam. You guys had a great hunt. Unlike most of us you will not have to convince your wife that a return trip is "necessary." You showed us the pics. now it's time for the stories that go along with each animal.

Great hunt and pictures. Did you hunt from a blind or spot and stalk? I took my bow both times but only wanted to spot and stalk. It's definitely a hard place to hunt that way but it's just what I wanted to do. My next trip I might not even take a rifle with me.

Welcome to AH I'm fairly new here but love the commodore of the AH family. Unlike most forums everyone seems to be friendly and willing to help out.
