Trophy Blackbuck Hunts Rockin G Ranch

Hello all, I have 4 trophy blackbuck hunts available for this season. These are mature rams in the 19-22" range.

Hunt details:

Dates:I have a few openings in October, December, with January through May open. Late September this year may be a possibility.
Come in Friday and hunt Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday. Leave Monday. (Other days are subject to availability)

Price: each
So 3 nights 2 1/2 days for a two day day fee @$300/day = 600$/hunter
Observer fee 150/day
Trophy fee for Blackbuck 3200
Hunt total: 3800$
Extra days may be added.

Deposit: hunt is booked upon receipt of the $1600 deposit. Deposit is non refundable but may be transferred upon my notification and approval. I will do everything in my power to work with you should you have an unexpected conflict arise.

Includes: Meals, guides, lodging, skinning/quartering of animals, bass fishing, unlimited wild hogs, unlimited predators (airport pickup in Amarillo can be arranged for no fee up to 3 people, if flying into Lubbock 300$ round trip)

Excluding: pre/post hunt expenses, Texas general hunting license (roughly 35$ or so), taxidermy, processing, airfare, usual stuff

AND: If you use me for your Taxidermy needs you will receive a 5% discount

* Sika deer are pure bred Manchurian Dyboswski Sika. These are not the inferior Japanese Sika.

Hello Tom typically 3 1/2 or so. Includes is a pic of a 20 inch ram. Note, it's a stock photo. I apologize I've been so busy it has been impossible for me to go take pics recently.

Not the greatest pic but here is a 20"sh ram we have in our lodge.

No sir, the coloration is due to maturity and dominance. The older dominant rams have the darker coats. Young subordinate rams and ewes are red.

I like early fall and spring to hunt them as the weather is nice.

Darn Erik, I'm afraid a blackbuck hunt could get expensive...those things really look like strong candidates to be full mounted

They are gorgeous especially full mounted.

With the discount from this hunt offer a full body Blackbuck mount would be 2755.

Blackbuck are awesome.... probably one of the most delicious animals on the planet.... just so small. The bucks are wary.... surrounded by females to protect him. A 20" is magnificent. I have an 18+".....on the wall . tight

Save the airfare to Argentina & go to an awesome place like The Rockin' G! Money well spent! Best value for sure!!!

Couple of quick questions. What would be the normal range you harvest a blackbuck? What do you charge for a shoulder mount? What is the costs for hogs?

1)Range is what you are comfortable with. If a ram is located and you are not comfortable with the shot we will get closer.
2)Included in the hunt is unlimited hogs/predators and bass fishing
3) 593.75+tax after the discount is applied

The price is great, going to Africa next year so most of my $$$ have been dedicated to that. But Blackbuck have been on the radar for a while so need to look at the toy fund piggy bank and see what I can dThe range question is if I remember correctly you are in the more open north central part of Texas. My first choice for a hunting rifle is a double so looking at 100 and under. Th4en comes a single open sight sharps or rolling block. last is a scoped single or bolt gun where I am comfortable out to the 400yard range that I consider the max ethical range I want to shoot game animals. Nice on the pigs and Predators. great price on the mount.

Sir we can try and get it done with anything you'd like but.... I would really suggest a scoped rifle as it will be much more practical for hunting Blackbuck. They are very weary little guys and like the wide open. We do have a lot of bush where I'm at which makes stalking the edges of the fields a bit more doable. Certainly bring the others along as we can wear some pigs out with the double and sharps but really you best bet on the Blackbuck is a scoped bolt gun. For those little guys a 243 is about perfect.
