Hello all, I have posted this before but figured I would try again. I have an A. Taylor bronze zebra mural I'd like to sell. It is #2 of 50 ever made. The wood is from the South African Railway and features railroad spikes from the same line. This was imported from South Africa. Similar pieces were at DSC last year and they were asking 5k for them. It's in the way and I need to sell it. I am offering it on AH for $1500 firm. Included are pictures. It does come with matching stands, it also has hangers built into it to hang on a wall if one chooses.

I also have the lion which is # 3 of 50, (Cheetah has been sold already) Lion I'm not overly motivated to sell but would take 3500$ for it if someone wanted it. It is a larger mural. When I finally get to build my man cave at the house I intend on hanging it over my lion I took in Africa. Here are pictures of Lion.

Man those are really nice looking pieces you have gizmo!!

I'd take that zebra one if I had the funds!

Count me in for the lion for $1500
Thank you for the offer but at this point I'm not willing to part with the lion for less than 3500 plus shipping. The zebra on the other hand is yours for $1500 plus shipping if you are interested.

Now I'm really thinking, one less animal in Africa this September. I could make this work, what is the actual size of the zebra piece gizmo?

I will get you exact measurements tomorrow when I get back to the shop but roughly 4ftx5ft. On the stands it sits roughly 24" off the ground. (Matching stands are included btw)

That's a big piece! Sure would look nice in my trophy room! Thanks gizmo if you could send me a rough estimate of the weight tomorrow that would help. Shipping might cost a bit!

It is a stunning piece and pics don't do it justice. If you decide to buy it I will clean and oil it as well as crate it and at no extra fee. As it is bronze it's pretty heavy, roughly 150lbs-170lbs. Two people can move it without too much trouble. I have moved it by myself but I wouldn't suggest it.

After crating shipping via truck would be the best. I can get several quotes to get the best shipping deal. Shipping won't be too painful if done properly.

Ok I really do want the piece. I'll appreciate the quotes and if you crate it that is a plus!

If you could pm me your shipping address I can get quotes. Depending upon where you are located I may be able to deliver also.

For those who are curious the dimensions are as follows the mural is 4'2 W x 5"5 L. On the stands it sits 15" off of the ground and weighs roughly 175lbs.

Now that was a quick sale Gizmo!

Understood!

I am in the process of buying the piece, it is not final yet, but we are working out details!
