Personally I'll give my business to Americans, but not United
 
Speaking from France, the best route to WDK is flying with the Lufthansa night fly from Frankfurt.
Since a couple of years, Air France/KLM are not hunters friendly.

Travelling to Namibia from the UK I always use SA Airways . Flight from London Heathrow to Jo'burg and connect through to Windhoek with SA. Rifles go straight through and collect in Windhoek. Very quick and easy
