lists checked and double checked

Is this your first safari?
Make sure you have a pin for your CC. When you get on the long haul flight set your watch to the time where you are going. Ditto the sleep aids I recommend melatonin to help reset your natural clock the first night there and or on plane ride.

Most definitely! Also all the leg exercises you can do while seated also help
