I'm interested in selling my limited addition copy of this book. It's in excellent condition, # 625 of 1250. It has a hard blue cover with a Red Clamshell style case.

If interested I can provide photos. I realized recently this is a very difficult book to find, and I'm not sure of the value. I'm asking $150. + shipping US

My copy is number 808. There is I think a very limited run that was leather bound of 100 or 200 copies maybe?

Yeah, there was a run of the leather bound. Like you, I'm not sure how many copies.
I've always liked reading Craig's stuff. I had the privilege of a Dove hunt with him about 15 years ago, and really enjoyed his company.
Very nice and genuine guy.
