Hi, I am a long time hunter for many years in the US hunting everything from Whitetail to Goose to Rabbit. I am also blessed with the best hunting companion in my soon to be 16 year old Eagle scout son Joshua. We also have a radio show called Cast and Blast on every Saturday morning on a community non-profit radio station in northern Illinois. My first trip to Africa is planned for next year on a plains animal package. I am on this forum to learn, help others where I can and advance the sport of hunting to the next generation.

Welcome on board. I lived a few years in Lincolnshire before moving to Florida. Got my best whitetail in central Illinois and did my first (and only) whitetail drive in southern Wisconsin.

Welcome! Be careful, that "first plains game hunt to Africa" can lead you down the path to a second, then a third, then a DG hunt. It's addictive.

I work with Dave and have to say we spend quite a bit of time each day discussing Africa. I'm recently returned from my first PG hunt and planning a return. It makes it much easier when you have that little extra push everyday! ha!
