Rhino Farming in China

Currently there are Rhino farms in South Africa that has been stockpiling rhino horn for years and would be able to satisfy the Chinese market but for them to sell the ban has to be lifted!

Let's start a rumor among the horn hungry cultures that, eating raw onions cures bad breath.
Velo Dog, everyone knows that Kim Chee cures the bad breath. I think it also cures toe jam and the dreaded belly button lint syndrome. Alas I digress. It's a crying shame that all that education, law degrees, alphabets etc. has been so narrowedly focused that they cant think of anything else and equate cuddly puppies and baby seals as the reason why they would feel that any animal cause is legit. Hell what do you think I do when I go hunt. Okay Okay I better explain don't want you all making up things about what I do or don't do. Ensure the strongest, biggest, youngest remain to continue the conservation plan that will enable the species to prosper. My funds paid also assist the local community, and security for said animals. I better stop here but you get the idea as small as it is. Those of you that have been doing this a long time have the responsibility of making sure that us young'uns understand the reason why we do what we do. Sure it's to enjoy the hunt whether successful or not, the comradery with your camp friends made for life and to give back whether it's footballs school supplies or meat. The harvest is the goal but not the end. Do you know what I mean?

I hoped they farm enough to totally supply however much horn they want. Take the pressure off the wild ones.

The main reason NZ started farming deer was to supply velvet to the Asian market. One advantage with deer though is you get new velvet every year. In their last year they grow them out and sell to safari parks.

Rhino horn also grows out, so they could theoretically harvest multiple times.
