Don't you mean they taste like braai potato chips?? ;)

This is a real South African Potato Chip flavour.
If you have the guts.

They have some odd flavours in RSA, I've tried some, but don't the Monkey Gland suave one

The steers monkey gland steaks are simply awesome - next time you are in SA try it.

Mind you their I love the kingklip as well!

First time I saw a monkey gland burger I was thrilled. Here's something to annoy the anti's! Then found out there was no monkey in it at all - but still, tastes great.

Nothing whet's the appetite like the word's "Monkey Gland" (n)

No kidding, LOL, I admit I did an Internet search just to see the ingredients. Sounds lovely, ha ha. Those key words got the mouth watering right away....

Wow so this monkey gland flavor is a real thing! :E Horrified: I just thought someone photoshopped a joke.

besides a
great hunting destination,
great beer,

in Australia and new Zealand ,we call it pink ling, mmmmmmmm,MM
and bloody oath bushwack , all of the above , is spot on correct , tho l neither partake in wine or brandy

notice you didn't add anything about your cricketers, ha ha ha
don't think the poms will mention that either ..........

I tried these, tatter chips in the east cape . like all other chips oily and loaded with salt

Reading this thread makes me glad I didn't eat any of those things in the Air France lounge last year at OR Tambo! I remember seeing a package similar to the one pictured in Brickburns post, Simba, but I passed on trying them.

Pink Ling? Hmmmm....

I will have to see if they bring it into Vancouver under that name.

Wasn't that semi final brilliant ? (of course my team lost out to the bloody DL system (again))

I'm really pleased for my kiwi mates though - first final for them.

I really wish Canada had a cricket team!

is there anywhere in canada , where theres enough flat ground to make a cricket field ...........:whistle::whistle:

yeah, pink ling, rock ling or deep sea ling , is what it gets marketed as here .......
